“The Ascension lift is truly going to be an asset for our hotel. First of all it saves us valuable time and space of installing the ADA ramp. It is convenient and mobile. Another good thing is that one person could actually set it up, which cuts down on manpower. You can set it to different stage heights. It will pay for itself in just a few groups. The technical support group is awesome. When we first got the lift I was having minor issues. I called them and he was very patient and talked me through what turned out to be so simple. The last thing I like is the manual operation of the lift. If for any reason someone gets stuck on it we can operate it manually. I would recommend any company that deals with ADA have one.”
